Because every build is unique, the prices below are estimates. Final cost depends on detail level, interiors, landscaping, etc. For large projects (1+ month), a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the rest paid before final delivery.

We lock in references and block-out the build in-game. You get 2 revision rounds.

Timeline & Payment

Once the outline is approved, you'll pay in full for short builds. For large builds (1+ month), a 50% deposit is required up front.

Build & Updates

I build with regular progress drops until you receive the final world files.

Refund Policy

50 % of the total is non-refundable once work begins—this secures my time and effort.
